2. Purposes oft he processing, legal basis
We only process data necessary for offering and providing our business and real estate agency, and real estate appraisal services, or data you have voluntarily made available to us. You are not obliged to provide your data.
We process your data only for the following purposes, and on the following legal bases provided for in the GDPR:
Processing in the context of our business and real estate agency, and real estate appraisal services: We process your data in order to be able to (a) identify you as an existing or potential client or business partner, (b) provide business and real estate agency, and real estate appraisal services, and (c) fulfill our obligations of professional due diligence, in particular avoiding participation in money laundering and financing terrorism in the context of financial or real estate transactions (Hungarian applicable law: Act LIII of 2017 on the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) concerning:
the purchase or sale of real estate or businesses;
This processing takes place in order to initiate or fulfill a contract, or to fulfill another legal obligation MONTEREN is subject to. The provision of your data is necessary in order to provide our business and real estate agency, and real estate appraisal services. If you do not wish to provide your data, we cannot offer you these services.
Use of the website: When you use the website https://www.budapestcommercialproperty.com (hereinafter “website“), we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. This includes your IP address, browser and language settings, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider, and date/time (access data; “log files”). The collection of this access data is technically necessary in order for you to use our website, and so we can guarantee network and data security and optimize the website. If you do not wish to provide your data, it is not possible to use our website. The legal basis for this processing is our overriding legitimate interest in the purposes just described.
Newsletter: In addition to client-related communication, from time to time we also send newsletters by e-mail with general information, information about our business and real estate agency, and real estate appraisal services, and our events. This is provided on a voluntary basis, free of charge, and without any liability for completeness and correctness. Our newsletter may be addressed to:

The provision of your data is necessary to receive our newsletter. If you do not wish to provide your data, we cannot send you any newsletters.

As part of our business and real estate agency, and real estate appraisal services, data may also be obtained from third parties in individual cases (such as publicly accessible directories, or by exercising the right to inspect files before courts and authorities).

Third parties: Within the scope of our business activities, it may also be necessary to transfer your data to third parties (e.g. notaries, lawyers, chartered accountants, courts or authorities (including tax offices). 5. Duration of data storage

These rights may be limited by the obligation of professional secrecy for real estate agents and appraisors.
If we process your data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. This applies especially to data processing for direct marketing.
